Mike Faragher was the founder on the branch back in 1979, and is now on the branch committee and webmaster.

Mike has owned his 1966 Morris 100 Convertible since 1974, when he bought it from an old lady who lived in the same road. It had done 17,000
Miles and the furthest it had been was Buxton (under 20 miles away!)
“Plug”  has had a 15 year restoration - albeit the first 13 years were stored in a garage, and now boasts a 1275 cc Marina engine,
Wolseley 1500 front brakes and those famous 13” Wolfrace wheels - a real 1970’s period piece
